How do I make a return or exchange?

If you are not completely satisfied with a The Hornsmen purchase or gift for any reason, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy section for information. All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale.

Is there a return fee?

If we provide you with a prepaid shipping label, the cost of return shipping is $8 and will be deducted from your refund. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. For more information click HERE.

How long do I have to return an online order?

For F1rstcreations.com orders shipped to a U.S. address, we gladly accept returns of merchandise for a full refund (minus prepaid shipping if we provide) if we receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.
